I have acquired a high level of proficiency in utilizing the Sabre and Apollo and I also gained some familiarity with Amadeus. Throughout my career, I have been entrusted with diverse responsibilities in travel management, including handling bookings, modifications, cancellations, and queues for flights, hotels, cars, trains, and limos. Furthermore, I have provided valuable assistance with flight schedule changes and successfully managed situations involving irregular operations. I thrive when working under pressure, consistently delivering efficient and precise results. Over the past three years, I have been working remotely, primarily stationed in a back-end office. During this time, I have effectively managed complex tasks such as phase IV processing, name corrections, refunds, and schedule changes.
