Virtual Assistant

I joined foodpanda as a voluntary intern during my 2nd year of college. Throughout this internship, I’ve found myself in my element, thriving on the excitement of crafting communications for the riders, as well as collaborating and brainstorming with other departments to bring ideas to life. As a communications intern, I’ve embodied this commitment to create copies that keep readers enlightened and entertained. The highlight of this journey is how I channeled my creative energy by participating in projects, partnerships, and campaign initiatives.

In my role as Sales Supervisor at Southeastasia Retail Inc., I successfully assisted the store manager in implementing sales strategies to achieve targets and optimize inventory levels. I coordinated with buying, merchandising, and goods-receiving departments to maintain stock availability. My responsibilities also included conducting competitor price checks and reporting findings to the general manager. I excelled in building strong customer relationships by addressing concerns promptly, de-escalating situations, and managing large account transactions efficiently.

As an entrepreneurship graduate, I've been innovating and designing ideas for school-related projects. I've been always in the creatives team assigned to align themes of our projects. In addition, as a working student, I offer academic commissions wherein I design and write school works for my clients. Lastly, aside from photo editing, I could also edit videos through Canva, TikTok, Capcut, and other editing platforms.

I focused on crafting captivating and comprehensible digital material for the company's social media platform. I also coordinated and oversaw the tasks of the marketing and operations teams in order to generate weekly reports and dashboards to share with our team leader. By defining goals and creating a method to accomplish my daily objectives, I strengthened my organizational skills as a result of this experience. The best part of this journey was optimizing the use of Word and Excel software which increased my productivity daily.

We do have a Facebook page called Gradquick where we offer different services like academic commissions. From article writing, research papers, posters, and video editing. I am one of the admins of that page and we do have firm customer feedback.

Being a customer service representative, I had responsibilities such as familiarizing myself with the systems, answering inbound phone calls, handling three (3) customers simultaneously, addressing their questions about products and services, and processing payments or returns. With this experience, I’ve grasped various knowledge and skills in a certain amount of time. Furthermore, being patient, empathetic, communicative, and a problem solver goes a long way. Lastly, the highlight of this work experience is the appreciative customers and positive feedback from clients.

I've been an Inventory Control, Packaging Management, and Pastry Chef Intern in 2018. I organized and maintained stockroom items and inventory levels; identified and assisted in delivery and inventory issues with the management; and produced and organized baked products for display.
