-End users of the income statement, recorded by accountants, check the proper booking of costs and income efficiently.
-Monitor accounts receivable and consistently follow up with the client when billed amounts remain outstanding for more than 15 days after the invoice has been received.

-Prepare Billing Invoices and make sure it is recorded according to the month when the cost was incurred or the month when the payment to the employee is made.

-Coordinates with the Accounting Team for the reconciliation of billings for proper recording and completeness after the end of each month


Administrative Functions

-Pre-audits all requests for payment or disbursements and ensures that such conform within prescribed policies, standards, budget guidelines and similar parameters, prior to approval by authorized signatories

People Management
-Monitors job performance of staff to ensure that high quality work and efficiency in operations are maintained at all times

-Assigns, supervises, coordinates and checks assigned tasks to processors
