Responsible for quality assurance checks Perform reviews for credit acceptance operations, verifications and shared services units. Provide accurate data to the businesses and relevant groups on a daily basis. Entail coaching and road shows as necessary to drive improvement in key metrics.

Client Account Management. Help firms improve relationships with clients and partners. Onboarding new merchant as bank partner. Ensure good processes and high level of services with cross functional departments. Review merchant needs and asset allocations proactively engage with the customer to validate the understanding of the needs. Work together with the Marketing department to create new process planning and improvement for merchants to grow their business.
Experience: 1 - 2 years
Monitor customers’ reward points and redemption. Assist customers in redeeming their reward points. Perform outbound call to ensure redemption was received by customer. Identify errors if customers have not received redemption. Ensure that all adjustments made for customers are processed correctly. Answer all email, fax and sms requests to pacify customer’s concern.
Experience: 6 months - 1 year
Ensure agency meets DTI’s standard and procedure Secure agency meets all their deliverables on time Perform any other tasks that are deemed necessary by the agency Exude the ability to cater multiple task Ensure to provide quality output even under pressure
