Administrative Assistant / Front Desk Receptionist

As a hotel receptionist, I am responsible for moderating forums and online communities, which involves monitoring conversations, moderating comments, and ensuring that conversations remain civil and appropriate. I also help to ensure the safety and security of guests by responding to their questions and concerns, and helping to resolve any disputes that may arise. Additionally, I am responsible for providing a welcoming atmosphere to guests and providing them with any information or assistance they may need.

As a hotel receptionist, I have gained valuable experience in customer service and hospitality. I have been able to develop excellent communication and organizational skills, and have learned how to handle difficult situations with poise and professionalism. I have also become adept at using hotel management software, and have developed an understanding of hotel operations and guest relations.
