As a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist, I focus on identifying, analyzing, and securing high-potential property opportunities. My role is to evaluate residential and commercial properties, negotiate with sellers, and execute deals that align with our investment goals. I specialize in off-market properties, distressed homes, and value-add opportunities — working directly with sellers, agents, and wholesalers. Using market data, repair cost analysis, and current trends, I ensure every acquisition supports long-term profitability and sustainable growth. Whether it’s for fix-and-flip, rental portfolios, or wholesale transactions, my goal is simple: find the right property, at the right price, at the right time.

• Responsible for assisting existing B2B Client with business VoIP phones, Desktop app (Softphones), and with their Mobile application • Helping the newly signed clients in setting up their IVR System (Interactive Voice Response) • Gave assistance in setting up the VoIP phones assertively/Manually with the help of the Client/IT personnel over the phone • Taking full responsibility for follow-up cases through email and callbacks
