Profile Description

I am ---------- from the Philippines. I used to work in a BPO industry for more than 2 years as technical and customer support with sales. My typical day was all about resolving customer’s concern over the phone, troubleshooting and also processing basic sales transaction. My main objective is to provide excellent customer service as Spanish Bilingual Representative. In my past role I was described by my colleagues as diligent, enthusiastic and adventurous. When I’m not at work, in my spare time I love playing with my pet, reading self-help books to improve myself, and watching Spanish movies to expand my vocabulary.
