Profile Description

As branch head, I ensure productivity of the branch through constant coordination with the team and top management.
I develop and implement team strategies in pursuing business development and in the implementation of process and procedures in relation to client servicing, sales and operations.
I consolidate the overall income budget and the marketing plan of the branch I handled.
I also conduct and spearhead meetings with our business partners to update new programs and procedures of the company;
to discuss and implement sales strategies to satisfy client servicing requirements.
I also take charge in the compliance of the company's procedures and specific work instructions to increase efficiency and minimize risk of errors.
Moreover, I prepare/provide official progress reports with regards to the production performance of the branch versus the assigned budget for the month, year to date and for the year.
Lastly, as branch head I am incharge in overseeing branch operation, efficient production attainment and manpower performances.
