I'm James Carl Villarosa, a Computer Science graduate of the University of the Philippines Los Baños (July 2026, GWA 1.64, consistent Dean's Lister), with hands-on experience building and shipping AI-powered systems end to end.

I have professional experience at Ten X Development Corporation, a Japanese-based software company, where I worked as a software engineer and team lead, managing Agile sprint cycles, client deliverables, and AI pipeline integrations across multiple workstreams.

What I built:
1. AI-integrated backends using FastAPI + Python, deployed to production with Docker and NGINX
2. LLM-powered features using Gemini, Claude (Opus/Sonnet), GPT-4, and Groq Whisper, including RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and multimodal AI
3. Full-stack apps with React, React Native/Expo, and REST APIs
4. Automation and AI workflows using Claude Code, MCP servers, Zapier, and exploring n8n, Manus, NotebookLM, and OpenClaw

My thesis project, Ano-Kamo, is a multimodal AI translation system for Filipino languages, covering text, voice (Whisper STR), OCR, and conversation history, achieving a SUS score of 84+/100 across 20 users. Built with FastAPI, Gemini 2.5 Flash, Azure TTS, and React Native.
