I started off my career as a Marketing Assistant
where I performed Administrative duties, handle social media accounts, answering customer inquiries and concerns thru email and Phone calls , booking appointments, and other related tasks and
After 3 years I was promoted as client Relations Officer where I Assist the needs and concerns of our clients In that role a major accomplishment that I'm most proud of was I'm able to help in resolving concerns / complaints that our clients raised to us and help the company to maintain a good relationship with our client, also I am highly ---------- tail-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks without sacrificing quality. My technical skills include experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and a variety of other applications. I am also an excellent communicator, both written and verbally which allows me to provide customers with the highest level of service.
