- Preparation of tax return for all type of entities including sole traders, partnership, trust & company.
- Tax plUpgrade to see actual infoing & consultation to the clients even GST reconciliation with ATO.
- Working on monthly bookkeeping and bank reconciliation processing using XERO, QBO & MYOB.
- Preparation of Business Activity Statements and Instalment Activity Statements for entities.
- Working on rental schedule, capital gain on shares, superUpgrade to see actual infouation reconciliations.
- Importing Fixed Asset and register asset from Assetman to Xero.
- Preparing tax return using Handitax & Xero Practice Manager; with knowledge in HandiLedger.
- Check and reconciles all incoming invoices submitted by suppliers, liquidations/reimbursement against released budgets/cash advances from the accounts.
- Ensures that advances to supplier, subcontractors DP and Cash Advance are properly deducted.
- Prepares and submits weekly summary report on all collections and disbursements and files all requests for payment/check vouchers for handled accounts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and external third parties.
