Extensive testing experience across both mobile and web platforms. Prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and test data in Azure DevOps and TestRail, following BDD format. Execute manual test cases to validate requirements and ensure expected outcomes. Conduct various types of testing, including Ad-Hoc, User Acceptance, System Integration, End-to-End, Smoke, Sanity, Regression, and Post-Release Testing. Report identified issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve them. Provide test execution results and deliver regular testing progress reports. Participate in demo sessions with business stakeholders, ensuring the software aligns with their requirements.
