As a leader in this industry, I have multiple solid success in full life cycle project management for multiple company clients and assigning it to internal digital designers and ensure projects meet all milestones, deadlines, and budget requirements.  Led Unit Leads and a roster of digital designers to create rich and rewarding adverts that are both strategic and brand-right.  Wrote, ideated, developed and produced multiple of digital and video animation advertisements for numerous clients; some of these are for Activision (all of Duty), Spotify, Udemy, King (Candy Crush Series), Lazada, Grab, Colgate, Oasis Games (One Punch Man, Naruto Shippuden), Snapshot Games (Phoenix Point), Netease Games (After Life), GameTwist, Bokksu, Fisher Investments, Hello Fresh, Hubble, Xapo and etc.   Created public relations plans and branding guidelines to increase brand recognition. Working with the department head in planning for scalability and maintaining and increasing the productivity level of designers and ensure accurate and proper Designer Management is every step of the process. Intuitively adapt to new technology and innovative processes while ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
