Profile Description

I have been in the BPO industry for over 13 years. I worked with one of the largest telco provider in the US as a customer service representative and as a team leader. I also worked with one of the largest SaaS company in the US as a team leader. I recently joined freelancing and started as a Customer Service Representative until I got an opportunity to step up as a Senior Team Leader. Currently, I am looking for a client where I can leverage my skills and expertise gained from prior corporate jobs, to provide high-quality results.

Throughout my career, I have developed a reputation for being results-driven, analytical, and highly dependable. I don’t rely on trial and error, instead, I take a thoughtful, strategic approach to every task. I consistently dive deep into the root cause of challenges and create effective, data-informed solutions that not only meet but exceed expectations.

I am a fast learner with a strong ability to absorb new tools and systems through visual and hands-on learning. My resourcefulness and commitment to quality allow me to work independently and efficiently, even with minimal instruction. I take pride in producing top-tier work while staying organized and maintaining high attention to detail.

Punctuality, accountability, and professionalism are values I bring to every role. I have never had attendance issues, and I treat every opportunity with the respect it deserves. In both of my last two roles, I was promoted within just a few months, a reflection of my strong work ethic, reliability, and consistent performance.
