As of 2022, I have begun my freelancing career, produced blog posts for a website as a ghostwriter, and created social media posts for a local food business to boost sales and engagement.

I have worked in customer service for a financial and food delivery app account for a total of over four years. In both accounts, I was able to pick up new skills fast and adjust to the environment in which I was chosen for the position of taking on supervisory responsibilities.

I also have multi-skilling support experience and have received training in email, chat, and phone assistance.

Additionally, I worked as a staff writer and editor for a university-wide student journal throughout college, which helped me develop my work ethic and writing abilities. As a broadcasting major with a bachelor's degree, I've been involved in studying communications and try to apply it to everything I do.
