Supply Chain & Inventory Management—maintaining and improving end-to-end supply chain operations from forecasting until successful shipment execution is my main function.
Supplier Coordination—maintaining strong supplier relationships is one of my core functions, which I will turn into improved pricing, reduced MOQs and consistent product quality enhancements at minimal additional cost.
Import Process & Documentation – processing documents (RFQ/CI/PL/HS codes/BoL) for shipment/importation.
Logistics & Fulfillment Coordination—direct coordination with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, carriers and warehouse partners to maintain timely and cost-effective delivery of goods for the smooth and continuous business operation.
Payables Monitoring—monitoring of daily/weekly payables such as suppliers' invoices, shipment costs, duties and 3PL service charges to maintain good cash conversion cycle for the business
Reimbursements—investigate, create cases and persistent follow up for your lost products inside Amazon facilities.
Process Optimization—enhancing and improving existing SOPs is what I love to do for better data tracking, smooth workflow and efficiency.
My Projects:
ClickUp Purchase Order Management template—developed a universal ClickUp Purchase Order Management template that ensures a clean and organized workflow from purchase order placing to warehouse arrival. This includes subtasks, SOPs and reminders to enhance accuracy, traceability and reduce error.
Stock Tracking Sheet – created an internal stock tracker which helps reconcile warehouse stocks, solved discrepancies and avoid false forecasting.
Internal FBA Shipment Monitoring – created and improved an internal FBA shipment monitoring used for Amazon discrepancy reimbursement and warehouse stock reconciliation.

I keep logistics moving efficiently while keeping our cost low and favorable for the business.

I'm comfortable working with formulas, pivot tables and structured data to keep information clean, accurate, and always up to date.

I apply data analysis to drive smarter inventory and supply chain decisions, using historical sales data and trends to forecast demand, identify stock risks and optimize order timing. My analytical approach has helped prevent overstocking and stockouts, resolve warehouse discrepancies and support Amazon reimbursement claims with accurate and well-documented data.
