 Mabuhay! My name is Hanna, and I'm from the Philippines. I bring a diverse professional background that combines customer service, legal support, and trust and safety operations.  I have experience as an appointment setter, where I developed strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. In addition, I am currently a fourth-year law student and have earned a Paralegal Certification from the University of the Philippines Law Center. My legal education has strengthened my research, writing, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

  I also work as a Trust and Safety Agent at Upwork, where I help maintain platform integrity by reviewing cases, applying policies, and handling sensitive matters with professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment.  I am highly organized, dependable, and a quick learner who enjoys taking on new challenges.
