Profile Description

I am a 26 year old IT Professional. Graduated in University of the East Manila. 
I am currently a Firm teaUpgrade to see actual infomber/Bookkeeper in West Coast Corporate Tax and Financial Management. I am part of their QB Online ProAdvisor account. My main task is managing the books of their clients. Categorizing transactions, Bank Reconciliations, Running reports etc. I'm hired as part time but has flexible schedule. I do have more free time and looking for more clients and tasks that will help me grow and develop my skills in Accounting.

Also I became a Subject Matter Expert (Supervisor/SME) and has 4 years Technical support experience with Concentrix/Intuit. I supported Intuit Quickbooks Desktop and QB online. As a Subject matter expert, I handled 20 tier 1 agents in our team answering different consultations and questions of our tier 1 support. I am the one who's answering and giving all the resolutions to the agent to resolve our client concerns.

My tasks before as technical support was supporting different clients, business owners and accountants on their needs in Accounting, Payroll, Payments, networking and computer issues via Phone calls and chat. We are trained to send emails and documentations as well using Salesforce. I do have experience as well using editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Premier, Canva and Experience in Programming languages.
