Hello, My name is ---------- ---------- from Manila, Phillipines. I'm 30 years old, I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering. 
My first job was in Yazaki which is a Japanese company. I worked there as a automotive wiring harness designer for 2 years. I have experience in designing automotive wiring harness from scratch using CAE software (Computer-Aided Engineering). 
My second job was in Business Switch which is a Australian company. I worked there as a Technical Support Engineer/ part time IT personnel for 2 years. By working in business switch. I gained experience in Application Support for Production Environment. I have experience in Assisting in Domain Settings, like pointing the Domain Name to a Website using A Record (address) and CNAME record (Canonical Name) or Nameserver record. I have experience in creating Professional email in Gsuite which is now Google workspace and then verifying the Professional email by adding the TXT record in Domain Name Settings. I have experience in domain name registration in condition that the domain name is available for registration and also domain name renewal. I have experience in using MYSQL by performing database update for workaround by executing stored procedure. For ticketing we used Jira and for main communication we used Slack. As I mentioned earlier I worked in business switch as a part time IT personnel while working as a Technical support Engineer. As an IT personnel my job was to install and configure computer hardware, software, systems and networks. And then if there's a new hire in company I also set up new user account profile. I also troubleshoot system and network problems.
My third and also my current job is in Yondu. I work in Yondu as a NOC Tier1 for Pay Application for 4years as of now. We are using Nagios,Grafana,Prometheus,Dynatrace, Kubernets (K8s) and Kibana for monitoring the Production Environment. For ticketing system we are using JIRA and then for our main communication we are using Slack and email for partner communication. My highlights being a NOC Tier1 are I detected a Bug in Production environment which affects  users in terms of claiming their rewards point which eventually gets a hotfix, I am one of the major contributor in my team in terms of sharing knowledged, techniques on how to investigate issues effectively using data logs in Kibana.
