DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN MARKETING
• Controls marketing stocks
1. Check the availability of the stock using the updated log received from MIS Dept.
2. Prepare a Marketing Request Form and send it to the concerned person (Marketing and the person who requested) for the approval of request.
3. Upon approval send it to Logistics Dept. to process the request (cc all concerned for information).
4. Monitor if items are already served, otherwise follow-up.
5. Monitor the physical stocks in the warehouse for proper management and distribution.
6. Arrange the copy of Invoice, Packing List, & Delivery Note for creating a new item in the JDE system and forward to logistics.
7. Assisting in updating the marketing pricelist.
o If shirts are requested, update the log for the sizes withdrawn.
• Updates Press Releases on D-Link’s website.
• Provides high and low resolution product images.
• Transfer files using Filezilla and sharing the FTP Links.
• Creates and Resizes Advertisements for magazines (standard sizes for each magazines) using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Indesign.
• Creating Datasheets for Products.
• Creating case study format for Sales Department.
• Creation of artworks (icons, logos drawings, advertisements, posters, brochures, web banners, exhibition/display stand graphics, flyers, and all other marketing campaigns).
• Scan and edit the magazine or any print Ads.
• Updating marketing presentation.
• Responsible for employee’s business cards (artwork, quotation & LPO).
• Creating box sleeves/gift box artworks.
• Designs/drafts artworks for marketing campaign/materials (flyers, banners, signboards, retail stands, stickers, warranty cards, certificates, promotions, signatures, calendars, T-shirts, POS materials, folders etc.) using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign.
• Designs/drafts birthday e-cards/ holiday greetings for DMEA staffs using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign.
• Assist in company events, exhibitions and partner trainings.
• Online research as required for marketing campaigns.
• Gathering quotations, prepares LPO and workflow for payment follow-ups.
• Coordinate with printing presses and media.
• Supports colleagues with graphics requests as required.
• Checks the quantity and quality of marketing items ordered.
• Handling the company’s social media accounts.
• Sending of mailshots.
