Being a back-office expert at Quickbooks Live, it instilled me valuable knowledge in handling multiple books deriving from different small business owners' industries like real estate, ecommerce, landscaping, and other services which I am responsible for the following monthly duties such as;
--Categorizes bank feed transactions to
its proper main and subsidiary chart of accounts by carefully considering the
materiality as well as the nature of the transaction. Sets up bank rules for
repeating transactions.
--Works on reconciliation of bank, credit card statements, merchant account statements (such as Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, Shopify, Paypal, Stripe and Square), payroll liabilities and sales tax
--System or third party payroll (Gusto, ADP, Paychex) knowledge with tax withholding and journal entries
--Prepares balance sheets and income statements
--Troubleshooting the accounting system to resolve issues
--Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
--Develops relationships with onshore counterparts and provides excelled customer service
Experience: 2 - 5 years
Extensive experience and exposure in US Bookkeeping with different business industries e.g real estate, e-commerce, food, health, construction and other service companies. Job duties and responsibilities include categorization, bank, credit-card, balance sheet reconciliation, generation of financial statements (Profit and Loss & Balance Sheet) and books review), adhering to monthly and yearly checklists as standards set by the management. I can handle processing AP and AR and Payroll using Quickbooks Online and Xero. Adept in using communication software tools, skilled in MS Excel formulas (Vlook-up, Xlook-up, Pivot Table, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation and other basic functions).

Excel skills are very significant in rendering bookkeeping services. I am proficient in using and maximizing Excel functions for data entry, analysis, reports and workpapers such as the following: Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Charting Basics Data Validation, Array Formulas, Keyboard Shortcut, Filtering, Sort Data, and Use paste special

I am proficient in Data Entry for a couple of years. I always make sure the data are always accurate and precise. My typing speed is at least 55wpm and accuracy is high. I am paying attention to detail. I have the ability to research and collect data, understanding of basic software, organization skills, ability to multitask, critical thinking and summarization skills.

I have the ability to navigate the system, maintain company lists, process transactions, generate reports, prepare reconciliations, and other key accounting functions.

I have hands-on mastery of Quickbooks, an expert in accounting error identification, prior experience working with invoicing, payroll software and knowledge of income tax return filing. I maximize using its features for a better judgment and discretion in terms of technical issues.
