Hi,
I'm Brian, and I help businesses to have revenue growth and maintain a strong reputation through customer service, data entry, and email handling. My experience as a Customer Service and Sales Representative for over 7 years now as an agent and more than 3 years as a team leader, honed me to become more efficient with the task given to me and work with integrity.
My work quality was already proven and tested when I worked in different fields. I worked as an IT Staff, programmer, computer technician, encoder, video editor, and photo editor. I am excellent in Microsoft Office suites like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. I also make use of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash, Power director, and All programming languages (C++, C, VB 6.0, Visual Studio 2012, etc.). I am also very interested in doing reviews for gadgets and mobile applications.
I possess great people skills and a broad experience attending to customers' needs in person, email, chat, and phone contact. Solving different problems has never been a big deal to me. I will do my best and even exceed my knowledge. I am ready at all times, and I love pleasing my clients by delivering the best results all the time.
