Profile Description

I am Therese Marie Pepito, was an Internal Bookkeeper for 3 years. My tasks include but not limited to reconciling and balancing all accounts, generating reports, managing accounts receivable and accounts payable and prepare monthly budget and assisting in audit procedures. Currently, I am a Financial Analyst for almost 4 years now. I started in my current job handling Account receivables tasks including monitoring the bank for the receipts that needs to be allocated and preparing and posting invoices. Later, I was tasked to handle Intercompany transactions, which reconciles transactions between legal entities under the company and at present, I am now handling Cash Management tasks, which tasks includes process and prepare payment for 3rd party suppliers, monitoring bank transactions and ensuring that payments are accurately processed and approved. I also do bank reconciliation for all the payments processed and other period end activities.
I always perform tasks to the best of my ability and flexible enough to accept change in the working environment. I believe that communication and teamwork is the key to the success of the business, and I will do my best to cooperate with the team and share my knowledge if necessary. I am a fan of learning new things and looking forward to growing more in this career path.
