- Pulling and updating records from tools like Propstream, Deal Machine, Propwire, SiftMap, and ListSource to maintain fresh, high-quality data for marketing and lead generation.
- Tracking outbound leads and agent inquiries to improve response times and boost conversions.
- Helping draft contracts, updating listings, and managing sales data to keep the pipeline flowing.
- Cleaning up data using various tools like Macros to ensure better targeting and more accurate marketing efforts.
- Deep prospecting  (like skip tracing) potential leads to find high-quality opportunities and drive conversions.
- Provide email support for marketing customer service, ensuring smooth communication, better engagement, and resolving customer inquiries efficiently.
