Hello, my name is Upgrade to see actual info, and I am currently seeking employment. Although I am new to this field, I have previous experience as a Customer Service Representative in a BPO company and as a Documentation Processing assistant in a Real Estate company.
In my role as a Customer Service Representative, I handled incoming phone calls from customers, addressed their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, and assessed their needs to ensure satisfaction. I aimed to build sustainable relationships with customers through open communication.
As a Documentation staff, I encoded HDMF Loan Documents, reservation agreements, and promissory notes in equity, facilitated HDMF Docs Signing, prepared OPR, facilitated requests and lacking requirements of clients, tagged & monitored the buyers' status, prepared power and water applications, and facilitated client acceptance.
Furthermore, in my role as a Treasury staff, I was responsible for the safekeeping of all accountable forms, commercial and personal checkbooks, and bank books. I ensured that cash and check collections were balanced, monitored the funds from our depository banks, prepared the daily cash report for all corporation and leasing accounts, and prepared deposit slips for all collections, depositing them in our depository bank.
