Philippine-based journalist with two years of experience reporting and creating content on local news and environmental issues. Driven, constantly curious, and hungry for impact, I write to affect society by providing high-quality news stories.
In recent years, I have worked with three media organizations that have allowed me to report on a diverse range of hyperlocal issues. I am constantly growing and learning, but my foundational years as a journalist have allowed me to develop a nose for uncovering original stories, sifting for unexplored angles, and organizing information into compelling narratives. Along the way, I have learned a massive deal about interviewing, data collection, and multimedia journalism.
Thriving in journalism today requires me to excel in various skills to improve my storytelling. Outside writing, I have substantial experience in social media management, basic graphic design, and video editing.
