I’m a Human Resources professional with a background in Psychology and a genuine interest in understanding people—both from a behavioral and organizational perspective.
One of my proudest achievements is becoming a Registered Psychometrician (RPm) while working as a Human Resources Assistant. Balancing work and board exam preparation at the same time strengthened my ability to multitask, stay disciplined, and perform well under pressure.
My experience spans both clinical and industrial settings. As a Clinical Psychology Intern, I assisted in administering psychological assessments, handling client interactions, and supporting test interpretation. On the industrial side, I gained hands-on experience in recruitment, initial interviews, employee file management, and engagement activities as an HR Intern. These experiences gave me a well-rounded understanding of people—both as individuals and as part of an organization.
Professionally, I’ve supported global HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee data management, and report generation. I’m experienced in using tools like Workday, ServiceNow, Avature, and Microsoft Office, and I’m comfortable working in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments.
I’m known for being organized, reliable, and proactive. I take pride in handling multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
I’m looking for opportunities where I can continue growing in Human Resources and other fields, contribute to meaningful work, and support both people and business success.
