I am an experienced eCommerce Virtual Assistant with over 10 years of experience in managing and optimizing online sales channels such as Amazon, Etsy, Jane, RetailCloud, and Shopify.  On my assigned sales channels, I performed different kinds of tasks such as creating and editing listings, inventory and order management, customer service, and troubleshooting issues.

Aside from working for online store owners, I also have past experience working as a Personal Assistant to the Owner, where I did email and calendar management, as well as meeting coordination and follow up, and other administrative tasks.

I am strong in organizational, time management, problem solving and analytical skills.
