Profile Description

My proficiency in managing CRM, notably Hubspot and Pipedrive, makes me the greatest candidate for the position in regard to the duties of the vacant job role. I have been managing, automating, and delivering numerous pipelines' or projects' data and processes.

My prior employment history includes roles as a Community Mobilizer, Project Officer, and Monitoring and Evaluation Officer in non-governmental organizations. My responsibilities include ensure that our community programs are well-planned, implemented, monitored, and evaluated as well as producing documentation and reports for our international partners, donors, and stakeholders.

In my most recent position, I worked remotely from the Philippines to the UAE as a Client Success Executive, CRM Auditor, Process and Project Coordinator. My responsibilities include responding to our clients' queries about business licenses and visas in the United Arab Emirates, keeping track of the sales team's productivity, and documenting all business procedures. Sadly, as a result of the pandemic, the company must shut down and lay-off every employee.

I've learned how to function successfully under pressure from my experience. I frequently have to assist several customers at once. I've learned how to efficiently manage my time and set priorities as a result. It has also provided me the chance to practice handling challenging assignments. I have faith that I am capable of managing any circumstance that arises.
