company in APAC, Middle East, and US countries, recruiting top talent for
various roles across multiple regions. This experience has taught me the
importance of cultural awareness, adaptability, and creative problem-solving in
the face of diverse recruitment challenges.
In addition to my technical recruitment expertise, I've also
developed a strong background in HR generalist roles, including:
Designing
and implementing HR policies, processes, and SOPs from scratch
Providing
HR support to management teams and employees

and maintaining positive relationships with employees and stakeholders
My journey began with an internship, which led to my first
role in the U.S.-based IT industry. There, I honed my skills and was mentored
by experienced professionals who helped me become a confident and capable HR
generalist. As I progressed, I took on additional responsibilities, including
designing and implementing HR policies, processes, and SOPs from scratch.
