About The Role
The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to our leadership team.
You will be responsible for helping manage communication, maintaining organization across projects, supporting clients, updating systems, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.
You should be able to work independently, communicate professionally, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to leadership tea
Manage internal and client communication through
Ensure timely and professional responses to inquiries
Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM and other internal systems
Prepare documents, reports, spreadsheets, and meeting materials
Coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings
Assist with follow-ups and task tracking to ensure deadlines are met
Coordinate special projects and administrative tasks
Support operational processes and internal organization
Maintain a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and responsiveness

Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities

Comfortable learning new software and systems
Ability to work independently without constant supervision
Previous experience in administrative support, executive assistance, customer service, operations, or project coordination preferred
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment required
