I am a detail-oriented person who takes responsibility for any task assigned to me. I am also flexible and adaptable to change. I have been working in the corporate world for over 20 years, starting as a QA Staff in a BPO company that provided specialized editorial and production services to leading media, publishing, and information services companies. Later, I took a job as a Purchasing Assistant in a local shipping line company, but the low wages led me to apply for a call center job in Cebu, where I worked for over 10 years. Finally, I landed a job with a company that offers Managed Print Services Worldwide, where I started as an Asset Management and Invoicing specialist and got promoted to a Portal Key User or a subject matter expert after 4 years. 
During my tenure with the current company, I was lucky enough to work as a Part-Time VA for InspiredLandBuyers, where I learned about how Real Estate works in the US. I worked on various tasks for my client, including creating procedure documents, conducting due diligence on properties, and mining data related to real estate.
