In my previous role as a Process/Corporate Trainer, I worked closely with American clients to co-facilitate training programs, build strong relationships, and ensure client satisfaction. I also developed training materials, managed data, and handled administrative tasks with precision.

As an ESL teacher, I’ve helped learners from diverse backgrounds gain confidence in English communication.
