I've been working as a virtual assistant for almost 8 years now handled Shopify and Amazon. I have experience in both FBA and FBM drop shipping, Product sourcing, Inventory, Processing orders, Wholesalers, Quickbook.
I also work as a customer service representative for almost 10 yrs now.
I've also handled several accounts like Ebay, Comcast, Online Gaming Account, Lift.
I can say that meeting the customer's expectation is not easy, but may goal is not just to meet but to exceed their expectation. My genuine interest to resolve their concern and my patience are my keys to make sure to satisfy their needs. I also work as as a sales agent and handled several campaigns like, financial campaign, diabetic campaign and timeshare
