In my past experience with account reconciliation, I was responsible for reconciling the company’s annual budget and sales records. This included comparing actual sales and expenses against budgeted figures, identifying discrepancies or variances, and ensuring the accuracy of financial reports and company records.

Managed driver documentation, compliance verification, and application processes to support efficient transport network operations and regulatory compliance. Provided operational support and strategic guidance to drivers to help improve gross earnings, productivity, and overall performance. Led recruitment and onboarding initiatives focused on identifying business-oriented drivers with strong entrepreneurial potential. Served as First Auditor responsible for reviewing, validating, and auditing driver records and requirements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies and transport network standards.

In my previous job, we were required to post the motorcycles we sold on our Facebook accounts as part of the company’s advertising and marketing efforts.
