Gained hands-on experience using Microsoft Excel for various accounting and administrative tasks. I worked with spreadsheets to organize financial data, prepare reports, encode transactions, and maintain accurate records. I also utilized basic formulas and functions, data formatting, sorting, filtering, and table management to improve efficiency and accuracy in daily tasks. Through this experience, I developed strong attention to detail, data organization skills, and proficiency in using Excel as a tool for business and accounting operations.

Assisted in the preparation of BIR forms, SAWT reports, and sales and purchase data entry. I also worked with journals and ledgers, organized financial data using Excel, and verified supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness. This enhanced my technical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in a professional environment.

Acquired Xero Certifications, such as Associate Level, Professional Level, and Payroll Specialist. I learned how to use Xero even before taking the certification during my academic school year. I learned how to do a trial balance and make a cost inventory, etc.

Assessed students from Japan based on their reading skills, pronunciation, comprehension, ability to respond to questions, and reading speed. In addition, when there is a shortage of teaching staff, we provide instructional support and teach the students as needed.
