I also worked as a virtual legal secretary for a U.S.-based law firm, where I managed calendars, organized documents, and provided administrative support while handling confidential information with professionalism.

Most recently, I worked as a Medical Virtual Assistant for a wellness clinic, where I managed patient scheduling, coordinated appointments, conducted follow-ups, maintained patient records, tracked medication dosages, and provided administrative support using GoHighLevel and other CRM systems. This experience strengthened my ability to multitask, stay organized, and provide compassionate, high-quality service while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
