I have served as a Secretariat for a government agency for nearly four years. In this role, I handle client concerns through email correspondence, coordinate and schedule committee meetings, assist in trainings conducted both via online teleconferences and in person, and communicate with clients regarding their requests and other related matters.

I have used Google Drive extensively for nearly four years, managing, organizing, and sharing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. I believe I am highly proficient in its features.
