I have hands-on experience with OTA platforms such as Airbnb, ---------- , Agoda and Expedia, and I have experience using the Cloudbeds Property Management System for managing reservations, updating calendars, and coordinating guest stays.

My responsibilities includes responding to guest inquiries, confirming bookings, updating availability, and ensuring smooth communication to provide a positive guest experience.

I am a detail-oriented, reliable, and easy-to-work-with. I am currently looking for a part-time opportunity where I can assist property owners or managers with reservation management, guest messaging, and general hospitality support.

I am available daily from 8:00 PM to 1:00 AM (Philippine Time).
