Accounts & Finance Specialist

I started working at an early age during the beginning of my college years to support my needs as a breadwinner, and I have 3-4 years of solid Accounts Receivable experience in both local and international environments, handling end-to-end AR tasks such as billing, invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation.

I have 3 years of solid experience working with US-based clients, with advanced knowledge of QuickBooks and strong exposure to international financial processes. I generate and analyze detailed reports in QuickBooks to support financial forecasting, helping clients understand cash flow trends and gain a clearer view of the company’s financial direction and performance in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

I have 5-10 years of experience in Microsoft Excel, starting from my senior high school years taking up the ABM strand through to college, where I built both foundational and advanced skills. I am proficient in using Excel for data management, reporting, and analysis, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization, which I have consistently applied in academic and professional work to support accurate and efficient financial and operational tasks.

I have 2 years of experience in payroll processing for both local and international clients, handling end-to-end payroll activities such as salary computation, timesheet validation, deductions, and payment processing. I have also assisted in ensuring accurate and timely payroll releases across different time zones and client requirements.
