This experience has trained me to work with accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency while handling high-volume and time-sensitive tasks.

I also have experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments as a former 911 Emergency Telecommunicator, where clear communication, quick decision-making, and attention to detail were essential.

I am currently transitioning into the virtual assistant and remote work industry as a career shifter. I am tech-savvy, highly adaptable, and eager to learn new tools and systems quickly. I actively enjoy exploring digital tools such as Canva, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CapCut, and I am always open to learning new platforms required for the job.
