Alongside my teaching experience, I have also worked in the BPO industry, where I gained valuable customer service skills. With over three years of experience, handling inbound calls, assisting clients with job matching and hiring processes, and ensuring quality customer support. I’ve learned to handle customer concerns professionally, communicate effectively, and remain calm under pressure. This role helped me become more detail-oriented, empathetic, and efficient in solving problems.
Also, I worked as a Team Leader, where I managed a team, provided coaching, and guided them toward achieving week-by-week performance goals, set meetings and performance review to our big clients laying them with all the data they need.
Combining my teaching and BPO backgrounds, I bring strong communication, people skills, and dedication to every role I take on. I am teachable, hardworking, and passionate about delivering quality service.

Experience: Less than 6 months
• I provide comprehensive administrative support, including email and calendar management, appointment setting, data entry, and file organization. Using tools such as Gmail, Google Workspace, especially Google Calendar, Outlook, Google Sheets, Power BI, and Microsoft.
Experience: 1 - 2 years
• I can offer basic graphic design, video editing, and presentation or document design using Canva, CapCut, Filmora, Google Slides, and Microsoft Presentation.
Experience: 2 - 5 years
Teaches undergraduate courses in English Literature, Academic Writing, and Research Methods. Member of the Curriculum Review Committee, contributing to the revision of the General Education program. Designated as “Sumpreme Student Government Adviser” of Ubay Community College.

I assist in arranging and setting up meetings, preparing agendas, sending reminders, and coordinating with participants through platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, Telephony, 8x8, and Microsoft Teams.
