Responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and operational support for systems, applications, and deployment activities. The role ensures smooth IT operations, resolves user issues efficiently, and contributes to the stability and performance of business systems through proactive monitoring and maintenance.

Responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing automation scripts to support deployment, configuration, and system administration tasks across Windows environments. This role involves creating efficient, reusable, and secure PowerShell scripts to streamline operational processes and enhance productivity in infrastructure and application management.

- Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server instances (on-premises and Azure SQL). - Design and optimize database structures, indexes, and queries for performance and scalability. - Develop and maintain stored procedures, views, triggers, and functions to support business applications. - Support database deployments using TFS/Azure DevOps pipelines, PowerShell scripts, or SQLCMD utilities. - Monitor database health, performance metrics, and resource usage; tune queries and indexes as needed. - Implement backup, restore, and disaster recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability. - Manage user access, roles, and permissions in compliance with security policies. - Support data migration and ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).

Design, develop, and implement web applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Framework / .NET Core. Develop RESTful APIs, controllers, and business logic layers for data-driven applications. Create and maintain front-end components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap. Integrate applications with SQL Server databases — writing stored procedures, views, and optimizing queries. Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and deployment teams to ensure CI/CD integration using TFS or Azure Pipelines. Implement authentication and authorization using Identity Framework, OAuth, or Azure AD.

Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom business applications using Microsoft Power Platform — including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The role focuses on building low-code/no-code solutions that automate processes, enhance productivity, and integrate seamlessly with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external systems.
