AI Data Annotator ( Data Labeling Specialist )

Provide technical assistance and support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and office equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems through remote or on-site support. Monitor system performance and report any faults or irregularities to the IT supervisor or team lead. Assist in maintaining and updating records of technical assets, repairs, and maintenance schedules. Support data management tasks, including file organization, backups, and basic data entry or annotation when needed.

Perform accurate image annotation using bounding boxes and polygons for AI and machine learning model training. Label various object classes in satellite and aerial imagery, including buildings, roads, roofs, bridges, pavements, grass, trees, water, clouds, BOC (Back of Curb), traffic signs, and road signs. Use annotation tools such as Ginger 2018 (RYU Data Centre Tool) to ensure precise labeling and consistent data quality. Follow project-specific annotation guidelines and maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency across datasets. Review, validate, and correct annotations as part of quality assurance (QA) processes.
