I've started my corporate job back in 2013. And have opened opportunities to show my expertise. It's a risk to transition lead. This led me to see more opportunities in the same industry. One skill is not enough to live comfortably, venturing different digital products and skills services including leisure through traveling are other means of resources.

As a transition lead, it takes a lot of responsibility, but I see it as an opportunity for me not to just give instructions but to be the first one to try and see if it works. By guiding the team, let them learn how it is done.
