Profile Description

I worked as an Online Marketer for 3 years. The company offer an Audiovisual Equipment Rental Service. I was like a Lead Assistant on that position because I oversees the entire lead of the business involving, (1) inbound and outbound call, (2) social media assistant- I manage the company's services in social media by promoting our services specifically in the marketplace, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram (3) booking assistant - I manage reservations, handling inquiries, processing bookings for the events via phone call and managing payments, provide info in rates and all. 

Also I worked as a Data Entry Biller at Saia Freight LTL .  The role was to process a certain number of bills per hour while maintaining a high level of accuracy and speed, it also involves the careful and accurate input of information from the BOL into computer systems, databases or spreadsheets. The responsibilities include typing, organizing, verifying data for accuracy and completeness and maintaining digital and physical files and ensuring data confidentiality. 

Also in my previous role, I worked as a Cold Caller/Sales Closer. The role requires a high volume of outbound calls to business such offices, medical offices, salon & spa, retail locations, property management and realtors.
