I have more than 8 years of BPO experience. I have handled telco, technical, travel accounts. I have n excellent customer service skill. I have experience in handling presales this include but not limited to customer queries, adding products and services using a dedicated websites. I have experience in handling billing concerns, disputes, chargebacks and shipping concerns. I am good in both oral and written communication. I am optimistic, a client-focused person and I always work with integrity. I am now looking for a permanent remote work set up.
