I am a Healthcare CSR for 6 months. Helping members check their benefits, updating account information and even assist them to set a schedule to a clinic and call some providers if they are available.

I have also a sales experience and this a Hotel Reservation account for a total of 1 year and 9 months. We help guest who wants to stay with our hotel by Booking rooms, Modifying reservation and Canceling a reservation. We need to book for more than 10 rooms to pass our Kpi's.

I'm currently working as a credentialing analyst. We help clinician with their credentials, uploading their documents, verifying, set an appointment to do their medical screenings. We also help them for any technical issues with their account and call them every other day to follow up the missing requirements they need to complete.

This involves reaching out to potential customers, usually by phone, to schedule a meeting or consultation with a sales representative or specialist. In home improvements, the goal is to connect interested homeowners with experts who can assess their needs, whether it’s remodeling, roofing, windows, or other services and provide estimates or project plans. The appointment setter’s job is to engage the homeowner, explain the value of the consultation, and secure a convenient time for the appointment.
