As a Senior Scrum Master, I excel at leading and facilitating Agile teams. I ensure our Scrum ceremonies, like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, run smoothly and effectively. My deep understanding of Agile methodologies allows me to adapt these principles to fit the unique needs of our projects and teams. While I may not be a developer, I have a good grasp of technical concepts, which helps me bridge the gap between the development team and non-technical stakeholders.
