Provider Credentialing and Payer Enrollment Specialist

-Supported Director of Healthcare Operations on the updating company's liability insurance, managing office location (invoices, payments and general POC), and maintaining inter-department sheets.

-Worked on daily overall credentialing and enrollment of each provider that joined our medical group. My scope doesn't stop with just provider enrollment but also the overall management of each assigned insurance (Anthem NY, Magellan Healthcare, BCBS CA, NC and etc.). I maintain the provider directory info, handle the latest rates and fee schedules, make demographic updates whenever necessary, handle unlinking/provider termination from the medical group and so on. -Creating and maintaining of local Google Sheets databases for provider info. I made sure that all documents/licenses/PLI's are up-to-date and delegated follow ups as necessary. Collaborated with other departments in keeping their databases maintained. -Spearheaded new credentialing projects by creating workflows, tracking sheets and delegating tasks to other dept/team members.
